How do I convert wma files to mp3 files on Windows Media Player 11?

I just downloaded Windows Media Player 11 and figured out how to rip CDs to mp3 format, but I cant seem to figure out how to convert my other music to mp3 format. Help, please :)

Windows Media Player 11 will only convert to mp3 if you are ripping from a CD. It will not a take a WAV or WMA file and just convert to MP3. If you want to do that, you might want to look at audio format converters because WMP11 will not do that.
