your email address and asked him to email you and he took it and said he would but has a pretty busy schedule and you have been getting to know each other should i take it he doesnt like me or just wait it out

If he has your email address and isn't using it, it means two things:
-He's not much into email
-He's not interested in you

May be that his way of telling you:" I am not interested" or may be he doesn't want any kind of serious relationship yep. Give him more time or give up. The choice is yours. Good luck.
