Well, I'm going through the exact same thing. It's a guy that I never really talk to though. He was in my group for something at school, and we talked all the time during that, but after that class was over, I've never said anything to him. If I were asking this of people, they would say to just ask him out... but if you're not comfortable with that you can let it hang out there for a while like I'm doing... hopefully God will come my way on this one... good luck!

Look at him, when u catch his eye, hold it for a little while and then look away smiling to yourself
Subty flirt a little
If he returns ur flirting then he's interested and then just smile at him and say "hey" one day and see where it goes!

If you are young, you will feel like this with lots of guys. Otherwise, if you are old enough, just flirt a little and crack some jokes!

tell him you think he is a good person. ask if you can chill with him to no each other better. if no work,ask for "help" on a problem like math. he'll obviously help u

Well hint around to him that you like him and you never know he just might fall for you and ask you out. or be outgoing and just say hey I like you alot and would like to know if you would like to join me for what ever you like to do or what he likes
