take a nap!

your body is telling you that your not getting enough rest.

Exercise. I have chronic fatigue so I am on some prescriptions, but exercise should help those who do not have a medical condition. Also eat lightly! More fruits and Vegetables Less Fats and protein.

Change your diet. That is the main reason why most people get tired is because they eat all the wrong things.
