've been out all day and my phone has been disconnected. How can I check and see if I have any new BT SMS text messages without waiting for them to ring up? is there a number for the uk? thanks

There is 2 ways to do it.....
If a voice text then it's 1571.
If an sms text then it's 0845 602 1111. (messages are only held for 24hours).
If your line has been disconnected unsure if you will be able to access either of these - worth a try though!

try 1571 or 100 for operator from any phone and ask what has happened,it could be that your payment did not arrive in time.,or bt.com on your pc
