Open your LimeWire settings and see if there isn't an option that you can select that automatically adds new finished downloads to iTunes. If there isn't one, just locate the folder the finished downloads are going into and import into iTunes using File, Add File or File, Import File(s) in iTunes. Some files may not import based on their format.

okay make sure your ipod is connected to you computer
