It's a rather mispelled phrasing in "unusual" Italian.
I've found the original of the 2 sentences in an Italian forum :
http://www.omniauto.it/magazine/articolo/1600/engine_of_the_year_2006:_e_dominio_bmw!.html - ( # 55 dd March 2nd 09:19 for the first part and # 47 dd March 1st 06:15 for the second one) but both have been posted by somebody that's clearly a not Italian native speaker.
The first sentence it's same as quoted in yr question, but in current Italian it should be:
"Grande! Il posto, cose buone, tutto è abbastanza ragionevole e piacevole".
The second (completed) sentence reads :
"Stupore! ho una sensibilità molto buona circa il vostro luogo!!!!"
but in Italian it should be:
"Stupendo! ho una buonissima impressione del vostro posto".

All this said, translation into English is :
"Great ! The place, good things, everything is rather reasonable and pleasant".
"Wonderful ! I have a very good sensation of your place".

It is Italian, my Italian is lousy, but I think it says something like

"It is grande, the place of altogether enough small reasons and pleasantries. Surprise, I have one sensitivity."

That does not seem to make a lot of sense but it is all I can get.

It's Italian
A word for word translation goes as follows:
Large! The place what good all and enough reasonable and pleasant.

Amazing! I have a sensible....

Anyway, I believe this is an advertisement for some type of house/apartment for rent or sale.
