In Word there is an option in the Edit Menu, where you copy, paste, and cut, that will display the clipboard and all of it's contents in a window. Also, it should pop-up automatically if you copy more than 2 things to the clipboard.

The tiny program clipbrd.exe lives in C:\WINDOWS\system32 folder. You can make a shortcut to that icon and put the shortcut on your desktop. That will open the ClipBook Viewer, which contains the Clipboard, and displays most (but not all) data types that are presently on the clipboard.

Go into Word and click paste. If it's available on the Clipboard still, it should pop up.
