Im currently 100 im 5'1'' and i want to be at least 105.But i dont want to eat FAT food.Should i just eat double what i am eating?.i eat very healthy,and i excersize.I want more thick toned legs.I am doing squats everyday and it great,but i want my legs to be a bit more thicker.

why is everyone saying drink lots of water i thought water helped you loose weight not gain. hmmm
well i think you should eat more than what you normally eat..

You could increase your salt intake and drink more water. You'll likely gain 4-5 pounds in water weight.

And you should be doing other weight bearing exercises on your legs if you want to bulk up those muscles.

drink alot more water to gain some weight with water, but also, try some food that isnt the best for you, like McDonalds. but keep exercising or something so its not just fat, but you still get the pounds you want.
