You'd be surprised at the number of healthy "foods" that don't "taste gross"! Do you like oranges? Apples? Chicken?
Perhaps you might want to look into getting a good cookbook that specializes in healthy eating without going overboard.

Depends on how you define "healthy". If you mean low in fat, low in sugar, and low in calories, then MOST foods can be healthy, if they're prepared right.

Popcorn--you like popcorn, don't you?--is very healthy, by itself. Low calories, low fat (especially if its air-popped), no sugar, no sodium. It's got fiber, too! Of course, if you add butter, there's a bunch of calories, and fat, too. Salt obviously adds sodium, and if you make kettle corn, now it's got sugar, too. But what if you skipped the butter and salt, and instead added some grated parmesan cheese? Less sodium, less fat, and really yummy.

And what about raw vegetables? I don't think they're that bad, on their own. But you could dip them in some low-fat ranch dressing (or some other "lite" dressing of your choice"). And what about fresh fruit? Again, I think fresh fruit is pretty good all by itself, but what about dipping it into chocolate syrup? Yeah, there's some sugar going on there, but most chocolate syrup is either low-fat or fat-free.

pickle roll ups. roll a pickle in ham that has been spread with low fat cream cheese. yum yum. prepare whole wheat brown rice in chicken stock instead of water, add parm cheese and peas and carrots.. that is very good! grapefruit with splenda is good as well. banana bread with splenda instead of sugar. purchase whole wheat mini bagels, spread with low cal pizza sauce and low fat cheese put in oven on 350 for about 8-10min. I hope this helps you.
