The "end times," "end of time," "end of days," and "end of years" prophecies can be found with any Bible search engine, such as http://www.biblegateway.com.
Get ready for a lot of reading though, because most of the prophets reference one of the phrases. They all mean the same thing, and none of them mean the "end of the world."
You will notice when you start reading the prophecies that contain those phrases, that people live through them. The people who make it are referred to as the "remnants," as in the "remnant of Jacob," and the "remnant of Israel." So, that's why it's not the "end of the world."
And guess what else. Nothing is mentioned regarding a magical being who would come down out of the sky, and mystically restore the earth to a paradise state after it's destruction. Instead, you'll find a description of people who realized that it was time to get prepared, and they got prepared. They are the "remant," and they knew it was time to get ready by holding strong to their faith in the Bible, the Messianic Law, and the Messiah.
Regards,
Chris

Revelations was written in highly symbolic language. Today no one really knows what it means but plenty of people have their own interpretations, opions and thoughts. Don't worry about the end of time, focus on what ever you are doing now. Actions small or large, what you do in the present effects the future.
Other than as a reminder that an end to time comes all of as mortal beings, Revelations is a book that's often mis-used as a hall of funhouse mirrors and spiritual double talk and babble.
In the Dark Ages the book of Revelations was used to whip up fear that the was was going to end in the year 1000. And in 1942 Hitler was proclaimed as the anti-Christ using the same book. Actually two or three times each century of the common era somebody noteable pulled out the book and said the end is near.
Revelations points out how we are all connected to a larger battle of good and evil, just don't looking around for seven headed beasts -it's not all that simple.

Revelations is a deep spiritual book, and Paul doesn't just say, "The world is gonna end, and here's what's gonna happen". He says it through signs and symbols. If you're looking for books on the subject, I read the Left Behind series by Tim LaHaye and Jerry B. Jenkins. This is a story about a bunch of people living in the end times. It is very exciting. They also wrote a lot of other books about Revelations.

I'm not an expert.
End time prophecies are distributed throughout the Bible and especially in the Revelation.
Off the top of my head, check Daniel, Isaiah, Jeremiah, Ezekiel, Thessalonians (1 or 2, probably both), the Gospels to name a few.
When you see stuff like "Wars and rumours of wars, earthquakes in various places, pestilience, and plague, mens' hearts failing from fear, increaase in homosexuality, extreme self-love(men become lovers of themselves more than lovers of God), violence, and the like" these are signals. Especially look at Israel and the gathering of people in the valley of Armageddon. Learn who Gog and Megog refer to. Check out the blessings and curses in Deuteronomy 28; when things like this happen you can trust that God is giving fair warning to straighten up.
Notice the timing of certain 'natural disasters' in the United States especially with the war in Iraq. No disrespect to our troops - it could have been me over there, but chickens do come home to roost, even in America.
Seek and ye shall find.

The prophecies are written throughout Scripture, and that means from Genesis all the way through Revelation.
Esspecially in the writings of the Prophets themselves - Isaiah, Ezekiel, Amos, Hosea, etc.
And also the fulfilling of prophecies; for example, when Christ was on the Cross, and lots of folks think He was crying out to God thinking God had abandoned Him - Jesus never called God "God", He called Him "Father".
"My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?"
What Christ was doing was reciting Psalms 22;
which was a prophecy written 1000 years before the event, and tells of the crucifiction, right down to what those at the foot of the cross would be doing at that time.

The stooge who wrote the book of Revelation just ate too many magic mushrooms--It's still a mystery why the committee of Catholic Bishops put the stupid book in there in the first place--after all--no-one has a clue who wrote it 130 years after the Crucifixion--& it goes directly against Christ's teachings in Luke 17:20,21-Christ warned his followers "follow them not" -- any religious bigot who talked about signs.Christ said the ONLY way to the Kingdom of God was to obey--Judge ye not-condemn ye not--& give unconditional love to all.

i myself take exhilaration on your factor. I certainly have been asserting suited alongside that our time proper here is short. In prophecy experience, each and all of the actors are in place, the element is desperate we are in basic terms waiting for the curtain to bypass up. All God's prophecies has and ought to come to bypass. regrettably, we've a turning out to be style of people who ought to truly worship something yet Christ. yet yet yet another prophecies of our Lord that His call may be exalted above diverse call and the international will hate you by actuality of my call. you do now no longer see human beings persecuting a individual who worship a pretend god. look at each and all of the anger that come out of people as quickly as you're asserting you're a Christian, on a similar time as quickly as you're being loving and style they even with the reality that desire to tear you up.

After the last Pope of Rome, and the last one is the Pope that we have now. End of time means, end of the era of Catholic Popes according to the predictions of one of the first Popes (Predictions of Malachite) Christianity which lasted 2.500 years. Another era will start in about 400 years with a new religion.
It will not be the religion of the Arabs but it will be a religion of light and space. Christian was the religion of Fish, you probably know that, I hope.
