can someone explain what the inside of a pendulum clock looks like? or give me a good description. or a link to a picture would help a lot!

The inside of a mechanical clock is just a bunch of gears that slow down the motion of a winded spring. It is slowed down to just the right amount for there to be 24 hours in one day.

well it depends the type of clock. the best advice i can give you is find an old clock and disect it. thats the best way to learn! just make sure its not an antique clock that your parents like too much!
