Use whatever product works for you, although I'd be leery of the duct tape mentioned earlier lol, but make sure that after you get rid of the black head you get it cleaned very well. Then use an astrigent to close that pore up for good.

wash your face 2x daily with warm water and a mild acne wash (something with salicylic acid in it will gently exfoliate your skin without drying it). also, make sure you change your pillowcase every couple of days so you aren't sleeping in old dirt and dead skin cells. make sure any product you use on your face is oil-free and noncomedogenic (won't clog pores).
