He corrected him because Jesus placed God above himself and was trying to discourage others putting him on the same level with God.
The second part of your question makes an assumption. Isa 9:6-7 doesn't call Jesus a mighty God. It never mentions Jesus. What it is referring to are the qualities of the messiah. Christians assume that the messiah is Jesus and apply that verse to him, but no other religion does. But to answer the question... this is a messianic prophecy. It is giving titles or attributes that the Hebrew people can use to recognize the messiah.

In Mark 10:18, Jesus was teaching that good only comes from God. In the next verse he is teaching the Commandments.
That God was the source of all good. I think the two terms in Isaiah are actually interchangable.

It was just a figure of speech. It was to prove a point,to man. That no one exist like Jesus, and no man, can compare them self to Jesus. Because they would not be able to do, anything, like him, and never be anyone like him before or after. Jesus would be to man as a God, as if it was God himself. so thats where you get. Mighty God or wonderful counsler, etc. Because he understood man, and could explain things to them like no other. As for being called the prince of peace. was because he didn't seek out violence as others who have come before, him, and those who will follow. I hope i helped you, understand it a little better now?

Because this rich man that approached Jesus believed that Jesus was a good teacher and not God in the flesh. Therefore, Jesus was correcting the rich man saying that all are evil. Every man.

What Jesus was saying there, was...if you call me good, then you are calling me God for this is who he had claimed to be and was almost stoned for several times.
20When Jesus saw their faith, he said, "Friend, your sins are forgiven."
Luke 5 20-21
21The Pharisees and the teachers of the law began thinking to themselves, "Who is this fellow who speaks blasphemy? Who can forgive sins but God alone?"
30I and my Father are one.
31Then the Jews took up stones again to stone him. James 10:30-33
32Jesus answered them, Many good works have I shewed you from my Father; for which of those works do ye stone me?
33The Jews answered him, saying, For a good work we stone thee not; but for blasphemy; and because that thou, being a man, makest thyself God.
As for the other observation, Jesus has many names, all denote an aspect of his nature..Mighty and Almighty are just two of the many.

Jesus was saying that as a rhetorical question. The guy was saying that Jesus was a good teacher, but he didn't realize that Jesus was God. Jesus was pretty much saying "Do you know why I am good?" He was trying to reveal himself as God.

God is three persons in one being. Jesus usually referred to Himself as His specific office. Son of God, etc. We refer to him more generally as Deity.
Also, the Triity is one of the many things we humans cannot understand.

I think the early writers of the bible did not think of Jesus as God. As that changed, the scripture started to reflect it. Of course, now it's self-contradictory.

it was a rhetorical question. it implies that the rich young ruler had one of the qualifications of holiness down pat (recognizing Jesus is Godly), but he lacked others. It causes us to think.
