It depends on your insurance, if you have any, and how you have it done. I went under anesthetic to have mine surgically removed because they weren't out all the way yet. Some people have them pulled instead while they're awake and have their mouths numbed instead of going under. It only took an hour to have mine taken out and it takes a few days to recover. Plus they give you a list of rules like no smoking for a few weeks, no eating popcorn or any kind of nut or seed and so on and so forth. Oh and I would definitely recommend you have them all out at the same time, it's bad enough to go through the procedure once, and probably is cheaper to do it once all together than separately. It was a long time ago when I had all 4 removed, but it took about 90 minutes for the whole thing. 2 were severely impacted, the other 2 needed to be done but weren't so bad.

go to a university were they teach medicine they will do it at low cost, i had my four pulled about 25 years ago and it cost $75.00 a tooth.

we are 25 years later and that price could be about $100.00
It depends on the area you live and what they charge???

I was told by the doctor it would take about Two (2) hours but it took 4 hours to pull out four extractions

a general extraction is around 75-100 a tooth in midwest usa? so times 4=???+or-

in mexico, if done by a biologic dentist, it is up to $150 per tooth. sedation would be approx. $330 additional if wanted, and it takes approximately 3 hours. in the states, i do not know, as it varies too much. insurance will reimburse for the pulling, but not for the iv conscious sedation.

My wife had all four taken out during one visit. They took her in, gave her some good drugs and pulled them out in 15 minutes. Took me 30 seconds to write out a 900.00 dollar check.
