Hi Genius,
Lactose free = Goats cheese, any renowned restaurant should
accommodate your requests, pre-order is advisable lets not
upset the chef de cusine.
For home made, oil papered Goat's cheese log at about $15.35
per kilo would be enough for more of your lasagna loved dish.
bon appetite

You can make lactose free lasagne using tofu based cheese like tofurella, or another lactose free cheese. There are lots of options available in the grocery store for that now, just check the dairy and health food sections. Then use your favorite lasagne recipe, or find a lasagne recipe on http://www.cooks.com and substitute your lactose free product for the regular cheese. It will work out FINE! :)

Hi! I'm lactose intollerant and I live in Italy too. I cook lasagna without mozzarella cheese and put more of meat and tomatoes sauce. Of course it'snt like the original but.. try it!

I'm Italian I can't advice to you to use tofu.. I can't!! :-)

Check some vegetarian recipe websites. There may be a soy substitute you can use.
