If only gays were to get into heaven then there will be one hell of a party, wouldn't there?! Can you image the incredible decorations, the amazing food, the hot and sweaty dance parties and the laughter?

Makes me kinda wish I was gay!

The anti-gay interpretations are not only greatly exaggerated, but are mostly just plain wrong.

Lev. 18:22 used to forbid anal sex for pagan rituals, not homosexuality as a whole.

Sodom and Gomorrah were destroyed for their greed, inhospitality, pride, shunning of the poor, and of course angel rape. (Ezekiel 16, Matthew 10:11-15, Luke 10: 8-12, Jeremiah 23:14, Zephaniah 2:4-11) The Bible NEVER refers to homosexuality when referring to Sodom and Gomorrah.

In Romans and in Jude, there is an admonishment for "unnatural sex", sexual immorality, people going after "strange flesh" (Jude 1:7,) which at the time meant a lot of things; women on top, sex with slaves, sex between the social classes. There was no specific reference to homosexuality.

Since the word homosexual(ity) wasn't coined until the late 1800s, if you see it in a Bible, it is a mistranslation.

Homosexuality is NOT a sin according to the Bible.

think of approximately LOVE! think of approximately what you sense on your coronary heart. Does it sense solid to have faith that your gay kinfolk are going to burn consistently? Does it sense solid to have faith that an unbaptized toddler isn't enjoyed and frequently occurring? in simple terms for the record - the Catholic church used to have Limbo. That replaced into the place the unbaptized toddlers went. yet now - they have not got it anymore. fairly. They did away with Limbo. in simple terms all of that craziness in itself is sufficient to tell me that the persons working the Catholic church are WACKO!!!!! Very many people who study that Bible and stay with the help of it - stay worry-based lives. does no longer you quite stay a existence it fairly is in keeping with LOVE???? And - pssssssst..... i do no longer think in hell. properly - no longer the burning place after dying besides. If there's a hell - that's real right here - and the persons in it are ones who have the skill to make themselves depressing with the help of determining directly to hate. LOVE. God is LOVE! stay it! Namaste!

For one thing, the Holy Bible is not exaggerated, but it does teach against homosexuality. I Corinthians 6:9 says homosexuals will not enter the kingdom of Heaven. Also, God created a man and a woman, not two men or two women. He told the man and the woman to be fruitful and multiply throughout the earth. So if He made two of either, then they could not multiply like God wanted.

That is one twisted question.
There is a difference between judging homosexual actions (what God does) and not being complacent and just let homosexual actions seem like they are ok in today's society. Those actions, just like any other sin, are not acceptable. In fact, being complacent is a sin in itself.
Just because society has decided that there can be a token gay person on every show or movie i see doesn't mean that it is acceptable in God's eyes.

You do err in the Scriptures, have you not read that the effeminate and homosexuals will not enter the kingdom of heaven? Neither will fornicators or whore mongers.

Jesus says to "Go and sin no more."

A wise and just god would not judge who lives for eternity in heavenly joy or hellish agony upon one's sexual orientation.
