My buddy and I disagree. He says Lee- he's so fast, and bla, bla, bla. I say with an 80 pound weight advantage, Cro Cop would basically kick Lee around like a rag doll and knock him out pronto, or just ground him and smear him. I think the whole Lee mythology just goes too far. Cro Cop, first minute, first round. What say you?

WTF? I wouldn't take anyone here seriously. It's obiviously they never watch Cro Cop fight. If they did, they only watch his fight in UFC, not one in Pride or K-1 where he seriously injuried many people who are much bigger than him.
Mirko kicks really HARD!!! Seriously his kick probably would kill anyone who isn't at least 175 lbs and 6'0. If he can kick someone who is 6'6 in the head and knock them out cold even when they did block the kick then imagine what his kick would do to someone who is a foot shorter. Also don't forgot he have knock Mark Hunt; a guy that many consider very difficult to knock down due to his great gravity stability. Plus Nog broken his wrist when block a kick and Nog is no small guy. Cro Cop also have incredible powerful punches, he broken many people eye orbit with a punch. He have knock people out wth a kick to side and leave huge ugly bruises on them.
Now Bruce Lee is like 5'6 or 5'7 and 140 lbs, so that mean his bones are smaller and his muscles are also smaller which mean less cushion and more fragile. It doesn't matter if Bruce Lee is fast, Cro Cop is fast for his size and he have reaches so he'll have more advantage over Bruce Lee either way. Also every fighters who fought Cro Cop say they were shocked at how strong Cro Cop was. That should tell you how dangerous this man is. Especially if almost every fighters he fought were much bigger than Bruce Lee end up in hospital for the night even if they win.
So anyone who think Bruce Lee stand a chance against Cro Cop is a really idiot and shouldn't even studies martial arts and should stay far away from any kind of martial arts or fight! Those type of people are the type that have false sense of secure and will get hurt really bad one day because of this.

Get serious dude. BL never fought real MMA. He did train with Judo Gene though. Although watching most of his movies I believe BL was 30 years ahead of his time using MMA techniques in Enter the Dragon he couldnt win against these current guys.
IMO the sport has progressed so much since BL was around. A perfect example is the *** whooping the Shamrocks have gotten in there last fights. Even fighters of the mid 90s are outclassed by the guys of today like Chuck liddell and Cro Cop.

Do you know anything about Bruce Lee??? Hands down Bruce Lee would win. He has foughht many a man who had him on weight. Your friend ir right. Bruce Lee would strike before his opponent knew what happened. They had to slow down the film from his movies because they thought people wouldn't beleive how fast he was. Plus not to mention the strength he had. You should do you research on his work out regiments and how strong and powerful the man really was.
