Obviously I can't answer for all girls, but for my part it's not so much one particular thing as an ensemble of things...
1) Top of my list is someone who has a good sense of humor so that he can help me unwind at the end of a long, stressful week etc.
2) Being considerate is also really important, especially in the long run once the first romance is over - I want a guy who'll surprise me by doing something sweet once in a while (doesn't have to be anything expensive, it could be something as simple as leaving a quick "I love you" note on the fridge...). Which comes down to creating a bit of romance I guess...
3) Common interests are also key if you want a lasting relationship (but also important during that first date, or you'll be stuck finding a conversation starter!!!)
4) Looks are less important, believe it or not, though of course you've got no chance whatsoever if there's not that initial sexy spark between you ;-)

I think most girls look for two things in guys. The first thing is confidence which is very appealing. The second thing is someone who is comfortable to be around. The more comfortable and confident you are the more comfortable and confident the girl will be around you. I would say try it out and the results will be very rewarding. Good Luck

I don't know what most girls are looking for but i'm looking for more that money and a good time....... maybe alittle comitment, bonding, overall attraction to one another cause from lust or love.

girls want a guy who gives them attention, but makes them feel like she deserves it because the two people have so much in common and seem to just fit together

Well I look for someone that has a good head on there shoulders. Also some one that is good looking and nice and has a good personality.

good looking, nice body, honest, very sweet but not the point where it's annoying or it seems like you're being fake, smells good, dresses nicely, mature enough, talks, outgoing, friendly ... just be yourself and look good =)
