she should be careful with sunbeds, and she should keep an eye on her moles and see her doctor if they ever become raised or change colour...a complete spray tan would be better for her from a salon

I would suggest staying clear of sunbeds and getting a spray tan instead. If the moles haven't changed colour and are not getting bigger it is probably nothing to worry about. However better safe than sorry if it was me I would visit a Dr to get the moles checked.

Moles and freckles are the result of damaged skin! Maybe too much sun exposure! Whether sunbeds or the real thing!

She should probably go to the dermatologist and get them checked out. She definatly should be careful of sunbeds. Ask the dermatologist about sunbeds.

usually they come with the use of uv rays (sun beds or sunlight) yes she should be concerned because although they are not dangerous yet the sun bed (sun) can make them evolve into skin tumours so she should see a doctor and speak about her sun tan habits and see what he says besides she is british, so fair skin that is more sensitive to sunlight

Changes. If they change or grow in any way, they should get checked out. If they are asymmetrical in shape, have irregular borders or have abnormal coloring, they should be checked out.
