How many do I need?

I am making mashed potaotes and wanted to know how many I would need for a total of 3 people.

You'll want to do about two per person, so six should be just enough. If they are potato fans then you might want to do three to a person that should make a large batch for you.

Try between 6 and 9.

Normally its about 2 to 3 taters per person.

Four or five would be fine, that makes about a cup per potato, but it depends on the potato.
