Unless you have the beta version of IE7, you shouldn't even try. People will tell you to add/remove, but you will be opening a can of worms by doing so.
If you are having specific issues with IE7, maybe we can help you through it. It's pretty solid...

Two important words"Be Careful" it has been my personal experience once you have installed a new Windows browser you can have all kind of problems uninstalling it.I know it says it can be done but I have had problems every time I tried . I will list some sites below in source that may help you out but it may be better just to get used to IE7.

Start, control panel, add/remove, remove IE7, you will get IE 6 back,

Uninstall it in add remove programs in control panel. It will revert to IE6
