i would recommend right below the sholders or right above the shoulders haircut with layers that shape your face. Swept bangs look good too with lighter hair. Curly hair tends to take over and it distracts from the face. Tall people tend to look good with really long or semi short hair.

wow!! im the same exact shape. blonde hair and im skinny and tall. now im not saying to copy me, but a good idea is what i have. long hair. it shows your shape and if you get darker blonde highlights it will show off your sense of style!! if you get sideswept bangs, it will deff. give your face more form so you will be a glowing beauty!! hope i helped!! xoxo

Hey, I don't know much about blondes, but based on your description, I'd say side swept bangs and a medium layered look
