Most women who have bunions are embarrassed about them and find them unattractive. Ironically there are some people who actually find bunions sexy! I'm one of them.

It all depends on the persons sexual interests. Some might find it appalling for a person to have Bunions, and others might find it interesting which would make it sexy. It's all up to your opinion.
