1 g = 1000 mg.
4 g = 4000 mg.
125 doses = 125(10 mg) = 1250 mg.
We've used 1250 mg out of 4000 mg, leaving 2750 mg yet to be prepackaged. Dividing the 2750 mg into units of 10 mg gives 275 ten mg doses.

4 g = 4000 mg
4000 mg / 10 = 400 doses
400 - 125 = 275 doses remaining
