How do you get a duo Canadian-British citizenship?

the official canadian citizenship and imm site is

www.cic.gc.ca do you have cnd perm residency where you born in cnd or britain are your parents citizens of either place if not you do not have dual now. unless you become are citizens of one or both you are not.
