A real man takes care of his responsibilities, treats others as he wants to be treated and he treats women with the same respect and admiration as he would want his own mother or daughter to receive.

Well, I'm not really fond of putting people into boxes with different etiquettes, but who can resist real men?
Only, real men don't mean the same to everyone, for sure!
I think that a real man
1. is confident
2. doesn't feel threatened by strong, smart women
3. can cook, wash, clean etc
4. does his share of cooking, washing, cleaning etc
5. is kind
6. is a gentleman
7. stands up for himself and his loved ones
If a man isn't a real man, he may be a boy, an asshole, a man who is too oldfashioned etc etc. I wouldn't marry anyone else than a "real man". :)

I think a real man is can be different for every woman. Personally if I had a man that never complained I would think something was wrong with him...I think for me a real man is sensitive (when he needs to be), aggressive (when he needs to be), romantic (when he needs to be) and can put me in check when i need to be. different women like different qualities in a man. personally i like a to have my say and do my do but ultimately i need a man who can take control. Not so much how real he can be but how real we are for each other. Feel Me!

Ask 100 people and you'll get 100 different answers. A real man is adult (not in the nasty sense). A real man never hits a woman or children...he stands up for them. A real man is strong in nature, not weak in characture. And a real man rides a motorcycle (had to throw that in...hee-hee).

Well at this point, a real man could be anything. It seems that the phrase has been so overused that it has lost all of it's meaning. My personal definition? It would be a man that does NOT wear nail polish...even though I know that Chuck Liddel wears it on his toes, but he's the ONLY one that can get away with it!!!

Real men have a mortgage, give most of their money to their wives, the rest to their kids, relinquish their dreams to the cold realities of everyday living and are commended for not complaining about it! That's why "a real man" is often synonymous with "taking it like a man".

In the context you're using, a "real man" is someone who takes responsiblity for their actions, always takes the blame if they did something wrong.
Those who don't practice "real man" actions are people I'd rather not know.

A real man is honest, loving, and stands up for what he believes in. A real man values those he loves more than he does himself.
