Outlook Appointments showing up 1 hour after scheduled After update.?

I have ran the Exchange Mailbox Tool ran, i have updatred all workstations and servers to the latest service pack. The appointments still show 1 hour ahead (and yes they were the organizer of the event). I even tried the Outlook Update tool on the client and it didn't work. What am I missing here?

Is this only for the meetings scheduled between March 11th - April 1st and enetered on the calendar prior ot the patch being applied? Do new meeting requests show up at the right time.

Microsoft is on v17 of the DST patch.
