You just might be hiding a six pack under the belly fat. Unfortunately you will have to lose some weight to find out. You might consider a diet that focuses on belly fat for quicker results.

I'm definately the wrong person to answer you. The only six pack I ever have these days is in my fridge. When I was younger my belly wasn't too bad. I used to hold in my stomach muscles whenever I would remember. You could try this along with sets of sit-ups in the morning and evening. Who am I to give advise though! x

I gain all of my weight in my belly too. The thing that worked best for me was doing sit ups on an exercise ball. I found that the machine at the gym is hard on my back, I liked the ball better and it really gave me results. Hope this helps.

crunchies/situps work best, try to do 3 sessions per day for a few weeks at a moderate work load as to what you find on the boundaries of comfortable to strenuious. Try with 10-15 crunchies/sit ups at a time, you will likely find sit ups the easier of the two since your muscles are not constantly tensed.

Try and work in some situps and jogs for whenever you have time. It'll really help carve out the six pack. Watch the fatty foods too. You need to get a little more active and watch your intake just a little.

Try cutting out wheat products for a few weeks - things like bread and pasta and other fatty foods all go straight to the stomach - if you dont eat them for about 3 weeks you will notice a huge differance

You can't move fat from one area to another.
Just do some cardio or jogging to burn off your belly fat.
