My former bf of 8 years is still on my msn list, but we don't chat to each other at all, I am not removing him in case I need to contact him because I deleted all of his numbers off my phone, but he says that he hates me, if so why doesn't he remove me off his list so that I can't see him online, and delete my phone numbers off his mobile?

He cheated on me with a girl he met online, maybe he wants me to know when he is online and chatting to her to annoy me. I should be the one hating him really, but I am over it, I am not wasting anymore of my energy hating him.

It could be one of two reasons.
1. He still has feelings for you and is trying to mask them with hate while keeping an open line of communication with you. You also have him on your MSN, in case you need him. If you are willing to admit to yourself that one day you might want to contact him, he may feel the same.
2. The second is far less romantic. Some men simply never clean out their wallets, phones, etc until it becomes absolutely necessary. He may be like that and simply hasn't bothered yet.

He probebly didnt delted you for the same reason you didnt deleat him in case he needs to contact you. Or mabey he just wants to see when your online. Or mabey he doesnt ever delete anyone off their

Probably wants to see when you are on even if he doesn't want to talk to you. Either that or he just wants to make it look like he has alot of friends on MSN

How do you know he has not deleted you? Unless YOU delete him you will see when he is online. How doe you know you're still in his mobile? You clearly did not give us enough info. to give you an answer.
