YOu either have a severe anxiety disorder which is causing you to be extremely tense & agitated, or you may be developing some kind of paranoid disorder. My advise, go see ur doctor & if he as cause for concern he will refer you to a psychiatrist.

Sleep deprivation could be the cause. Also, have you taken any new medications? Could be bad side-effects. Even over-the-counter meds can cause strange behavior and / or thoughts and feelings. Consider what you have been putting into your system and also pay attention to your current stress levels. Good luck and hope you feel better soon.

You are asking very valid questions. Get to a doctor. Feelings of paranoia and anxiety come with physical symptoms as well as mental. There is no shame in seeking help from a professional.

Just so we don't jump to conclusions, are you taking any medications, or drugs of any kind? Have you taken drugs in the past? Are you going through a highly-stressful situation?
