When I'm sleeping, he'll jump up on the bed, bite the comforter, purr and move his 2 hine legs up and down. It looks like its something sexual. After he finished, he liked his *parts* and when I saw it, it was disgustingly erect!! :((( Is this masturbation and if it is do I have to worry about semen on my bed!? Does this happen to you? Ok, yes I can be mature about this, and actually your cat is not doing anything sexual. But it is sort of a funny thought, I'm sorry, I just had to say that. No semen is going to end up on your bed and you don't have to worry about changing your sheets daily.
Ok, to begin with, what is going on is that the cat is reacting to you as if you were his mother. That's what all the kneading is all about. That is why he is biting the comforter and purring and moving his legs. Actually he is imitating nursing. There is a good chance that the poor thing may have been taken away from his mother too soon. But actually this is not an uncommon occurance, it happens very often and is nothing to worry about. The only thing is, he may not really grow out of the habit. What you have to understand is the biting is what he would do to his mother to get the nipple, and the purr comes from the contentment, and he would have used his hind legs to help get the milk to flow.
