I had an illness similar to this a while ago. Take time out, relax and try to get energy, i found that energy drinks helped, but only sip the drinks. Have lots of water and relax. Sleep as much as you can. Stay away from dairy products and fizzy drinks. dont eat until your feel your ready to and when you do keep it simple, toast, egg, jelly ect. Take it that you needing to throw up is a good thing. Don't fight it, let yourselfe throw up. It may not be pleasant but whatever your body doesn't want in there will get out. By you resisting throwing up your stopping your body from getting rid of the bug/virus. Don't take medication until you have stopped vomiting. Only take the medicine to stop your aches.

Top tips to stop it then...:

1) Drink LOTS, prefferably water
2)Let yourselfe throw up/poo or whatever
3)Sleep/relax as much as posible
4)keep warm, but not too hot or cold
5) don't eat until you have not thrown up for ATLEAST 24 hours.
6) You may feel that you need to poo very frequently and when you do it may have the consistency of water and could hurt. If this occurs just let it out. If it does hurt use wipes/cloths
7) Don't do anything strenuous. Try to stay sat/lying down as much as possible
8) BE POSSITIVE!!! You will get through this. It won't last forevever. You may feel like a tonne of bricks has fallen on you and the world is against you but you are at a low, and the only way to go now is up, the only thing that can happen is that you begin to get better, begin to recover

I really hope I have helped and that you get through it soon

Sounds like classic anxiety honey, stress too. Not nice. Your doctor can prescribe you something to calm you down, but he/she would probably rather you tried to get over it yourself by trying to relax. Deep breathing, in through your nose and out through your mouth slowly should help a bit. Go somewhere peaceful and listen to some quiet music if you have any. Excercise might also help, not too vigorous, just gentle excercise.

Often times stress can cause many health problems...heart disease.....even cancer. What you are experiencing is a normal reaction to stress. All you need to do is when you feel an "attack" coming on", go to your room-listen to soft soothing music(NO RAP) and sontrol your breathing. Yoga helps too. Your stress in in your mind-let it our
