The majority of Haitians are Christian, specifically Catholic. The majority of Haitians that practice Voudoun see no conflict between the two religions.
Putting on my anthropology hat, now...
It is not uncommon for people to practice two or more noncompeting non-exclusive religions. Only the Abrahamic religions consider this strange.
