Well..I have semi-curly hair. Not to the point where it's all ringlets, but sort of looking like combed out ringlets. My hair is very frizzy and I use mouse for my hair, but I makes my hair looks greasy.
What can I use to get rid of frizz but doesn't make my hair look greasy?

Matrix has a product named Curl.life. In that product line, specifically made for curly/wavy hair, you would want the curl.life contouring creme. It conditions your hair as well as works as a styling product that will control frizz and volume while shaping each curl.
Here is a quote from the Matrix website:
Contouring Cream tames even the most unruly curls, controlling frizz while adding lasting definition, support and hold to thick or coarse curls.

Mousse is for volume. Better to use a hair gel or cream like afterparty from Bed-Head. Keep it away from your scalp...there's enough natural oil for that

I have sorta the same problem. Try Garnier Fructis shampoo and Ouidad conditioner. After a while, you should start to see results.
