recruiter has to run a check on you and that takes time, if you are clean and have no medical issues or legal issues, you could be gone in as little as a week

I enlisted Oct 15 and was in Boot Nov 7
My son enlisted in January and was in Boot August.
Check with the recruiter

for the people who swore in with me on Feb. 24, the boot camp dates were:
July 21
August 5
another July 21
and Oct 2
it really depends.
