sounds like you are allergic to something. you should go to the doctor. Take some benadryl for some immediate short-term relief. You may need a systemic steroid like prednisone for the rash. If you have tried a topical anti-itch cream (probably a steroid) then you need something stronger. But you need to find out what is causing the rash, not just treat the symptoms. Go to a doctor soon and if you develop difficulty breathing or swallowing call 911.

I would see your Doctor or Dermatologist right away. You never know if it is something that needs an antibiotic to heal. Or a prescription for a stronger topical cream.

If you've changed shampoo's or body wash, or a soap or detergent recently, you may want to check that you are not allergic to whatever ingredients may be in them.

Is there an animal around you? Especially a cat, you could have scabies and if you do then you will need to see the Dr. because it takes a special med to get rid of it, and you would have to treat the cat too.
