How old are they? If under 2 years I'd say they're coming into their personalities. Maybe since Spring is on the way, they are aware of the change of season. Also, if they aren't fixed and are male there might be a female in heat around. There could be a lot of things. One of my cats meows to "tell" me when something happened, like she's going into the yard or she threw up some food...As for the attention thing...maybe they need just that, to be played with.
If any of their normal habits changes as far as the cat box, feeding or drinking, consult vet.

Try setting aside a scheduled time every day in the evening for play therapy: http://www.littlebigcat.com/index.php?action=library&act=show&item=playtherapyforcats
Feed them a nice meal of wet food afterward to help them feel satisfied.
Cats are creatures of habit and have an excellent sense of time, so if you can set this on a schedule, they'll know when they're due for their special time and will be less likely to bother you so much until then.
Also, think carefully - could you be doing anything to reinforce their demanding behavior? Do you pet them when they meow at you? If so, then they believe that they have you trained, but that you are just not really well trained, so they keep commanding you to pet them. Make an effort NOT to reinforce their meowing by ignoring them completely when they're being loud - don't yell at them, don't even LOOK at them when they're meowing. Make sure you're not unconsciously reaching out to pet them when they walk by and meow at you. When they're being quiet, give them attention and pets (this can be tough to remember to do, but it's very important). After a while, they'll learn that being quiet gets them attention and meowing gets them none. They may be extremely demanding for a while before they stop, so be patient and keep ignoring them when they're loud and petting them when they're quiet. This method takes time, but it does work - one of my cats used to meow almost constantly, until I tried this method. It took a couple of months to work, but now when she wants attention she just walks up to me & sits close by, or taps me with her paw, instead of meowing at the top of her lungs like she used to.
As for the wet food, it really isn't as bad for their teeth as some people think it is - cats don't really chew their food anyway. My cats have less dental problems now on wet food than when they were on dry food. A quality low-carbohydrate wet food is healthier for cats, and helps keep them at a healthier weight than dry food does: http://www.catinfo.org

My cat Sadie goes through that. They may just be trying to break you in to giving them more wet food. Do you make them meow a lot when you give them the wet food in the morning. They may have related their meowing to the wet food, so they may think if they do it enough they will get more. Just stick to your guns and don't give them more just to shut them up. Especially if theyr'e little butter-balls,lol.

How old are they, especially Snickers? It sounds like they are young and possibly Snickers is in heat. It would be a good idea to get them fixed if they are not already.

ok well if you have siamese cats then thats why. siamese cats are VERY vocal and will be and can be really loud. also, are you feeding your cat ENOUGH in the morning or are you feeding it not enough. and the wet food problem, i give my cat dry AND wet so thats what you should do, is give em both types.

My cats meow a lot too. The only thing you can do is give them cat nip or feed them moist or canned cat food. they love that.Or, they might just want attention from you.

They might just want to play with you. By them an electric mouse, or catnip works great! Or they want to go outside. Let them out, im pretty sure they willl come back. Or you could give them treats to be quiet. Bribe them somehow:)

The only thing that I can think of is that they are in heat. Are they fixed? If so, then that doesn't apply, but if not, that could be the problem.
Are you away more than normal? That could be it as well.

Likely they are bored and looking for attention. Set some things up for them that they can play on their own if you are unwilling to spend time with them...
