Since you said "in English" I assume English is your second language? If so, it helps to find an English speaking friend that is willing to help you practice speaking with. Have him or her help you with pronunciation and proper grammar. Also, ask them to point out if you are not saying something right and help you fix it. I have a very good friend from China and she asked me to help her in this way. It has worked very well and she speaks almost perfect English now. Good luck!

Read everything you can get your hands on--in English--and have all of the conversations you can in English. Total immersion is the best way.

Do the daily crossword in the newspaper - no kidding, that is a powerful vocabulary builder.

just go to a public place and listen to conversations. And or talk with fiend who speak English.
