If i was an immigrant moving to that country yes, because if you want to go there you should at lest have the decency to learn the language, unfortunately not all people bother too

If you meant teaching a English language then it fine because in an English Speaking country, there's a lot of immigrants and they need to learn the language.....

I wouldn't because i already know english and it would be a great opportunity to teach me a new language since there are many people in the US who don't speak english and speak a different language
