Absolutely! If God is in, through and around everything, then that flopping was the Holy Spirit in action right there at your feet.

I think it was a fleshly or physical reaction in the fish, that which is a natural occurrence as opposed to that which is supranatural.
A donkey's mouth was opened and it spoke to Balaam.
Not even 2 sparrows fall to the ground outside Father's will.

That is not even funny. You should be very careful making fun of the Holy Spirit, God's anger will not always be held back.

It was still alive. Besides the Holy Spirit isn't in creatures, it's in Humans.

good question.
I wonder the same about a dog a ran over on a mountain road. When I looked in the rear view mirror, the poor creature was flopping on the road like a fish out of water.

It's possible --- God created all the creatures of the earth, so it's arguable that the fish had some divine connection.
Personally, though, I think it was just freakin' out.

People who mock the Holy Spirit really tick me off.
Good luck, the Holy Spirit may feel "moved" to "move" you someday...which could be in a good way, or a bad way.
Meanwhile I hope you have family or friends who are praying for you..................

I think it was more of a spaz reflex....
Like the opposite of if someone held your hear underwater, and as you're thrashing about you say "garabbbb! glubbb glarrrbb gluurrrbbb!"****
**** ("--ck! I Cant Breathe!")
