What are some if the major jobs in Ontario, Quebec, Manitoba, and Nova Scotia?

Jobs in these provinces are the same as in other provinces and states. Nova Scotia may have more jobs related to the coastal fisheries industry, but otherwise same as elsewhere.

Most of the work is in Western Canada, Alberta and Northern British Columbia. Everyone from the provinces you listed are moving West

The wind turbines are definitely picking up in all of those areas, and it is supposed to take off in PEI too. an added bonus, is that there are not many who are trained to operate them.
