I know i've been asking alot of these questions...but i am confused

Now most say you can't just exercise and loose weight.
I weigh 115 and dont really need to loose weight but i just had a baby and so my tummy and hips and thighs are jiggly with a few extra inches...

So I want to tighten them, tone them and loose them extra inches...In order to do this do I need to diet...I mean if i just eat health is that ok or do i need to seriously restrict my calories.

And how much exercise should I do every day and how manytimes per week?

What sort of exercises will tone these areas and if i do it every day when can i expect results.

And what about fasting..i got this slim in 6 and it has a two day fast you can do...is fasting a good idea?

People say it is hard to loose that last 5 lbs and that is what my issue is...

We are going on vacation in two weeks and I dont want to look like a jiggly mess in a two peice.

Please help

don't starve yourself. here's why: if you eat 2,000 calories a day, it takes your body and extra 200 calories just to digest it - totalling about 1,500. if you eat 1,000 calories - it only takes 100 extra calories to burn. if you starve yourself or don't eat anything, your body will only burn about 1,000 calories a day because it will be too exhausted to do anything. So, eat a diet full of veggies and protein (fish and chicken mostly), drink some coffee and hit the treadmill for an hour a day and you will slim down in no time!

Hey Girl,

Congrats on your baby.

Now....I don't think you really need to lose fat. I think you just have to tone up. Losing weight would probably make you too skinney.

Try pilates, or the floor/free weights at a gym.

forget dieting as such, and no slimfasts, you're not overweight. you can do some tummy crunches, that may help your jiggly bits. good luck xx
