The three numbers on a bag of fertilizer represent the amounts of these three ingredients in any standard bag.

? - If fertilizer is compiled of natural ingredients rather than some chemical, why is it considered 'bad' in terms of organic gardening? What is the difference between using nitrogen rich manure and nitrogen from a bag? I believe I shall ask.
