With any painkiller combined with alcohol the major risk is liver damage, but to be fiar, if you do not drink heavily & you are not addicted to painkillers then any damage to your liver because you took 200mg ibuprofen & want to drink alcohol afterwards is very extremely unlikely.

You're going to be just fine... Advil is Ibuprofen and a much better option than Tylenol which is Acetaminophen, and very bad for your liver. That's how a lot of people in the US get in liver trouble, too many acetaminophen products, bad news. Next time take some aspirin. When you drink a lot, take 2 aspirin before you go to bed and a full glass of water, it's proven to reduce the effects of alcohol and staves off hangovers and headaches. Headaches come from dehydration. If you have nausea, try real ginger ale or ginger pills. Ginger helps your nausea. Have fun, don't worry. You are careful enough to care to ask, I'm sure you won't make a constant habit of this so you'll be just fine. But please drink some water before you drink so that your headache won't come back. Cheers and have fun!

In general, you need not worry about alcohol and Advil. While it's a bad idea to mix medications and alcohol, this particular combination isn't know as being dangerous for most people.
