For the past few weeks I have been getting cramps everywhere...toes, back, legs, hips...and i have no idea what is causing it or what to do about it. Any suggestions

could be low calcium or low potassium ...try a banana split (ice cream for the calcium and banana for potassium)...or orange juice or cheese or a multiple vitamin with calcium.....

if you take furosemide (lasix) diuretic, you probably need to take a prescription potassium supplement from your doctor.ask if this is the case...

This could be because of muscle fatigue or dehydration. Try exercising all parts of your body. It also sometimes is due to disuse atrophy. Try out some home remedies. I get that when I drink too much alcohol. You may have a buildup of uric acid. Try laying off alcohol and processed food for a few days and eating a LOT of tomatoes helps flush it from your system.
