No they are not bad for you but they don't taste that great. Try the Lean Cuisine they have a much better flavor and a wider variety.

If you go on a calorie restricted diet (like Jennie Craig or Nutrisystem) you would be eating the same type of prepared foods. It gives you the different food groups with a low caloric intake.
Of course, you could do the same thing by having a lean piece of meat, vegetable and/or salad. The other is just easier.

They are super high in sodium. And it sounds as though your diet is way too restrictive, and impossible to keep up for a long time. Try healthier choices which you can stick with as a lifestyle, like plenty of fruits and vegetables, lean meat, and whole wheat. You'll be able to stick to a diet much longer that way.

read the label silly. if there are more than 200 mg of sodium per serving, they aren't doing you much good, if more than 20% of calories come from fat they also don't do you any good. Learn to read food labels if you are serious about losing weight and being healthy

Anything prepackaged is bad for you when it comes to any frozen dinners even if the food is not that bad for you alot of the preservatives are.
