I have a 2oz package of yeast.Is that considered , 1 large?

That's a lot of yeast... considering that one envelope used in most recipes are 0.25 ounces (almost 1 tablespoon) so you have the equivalent of 8 envelopes of yeast (about 8 tablespoons or close to a half a cup).

2 oz, is a good deal for one package. Try to find a more precise measurement for your application. Good luck!
