Well if you haven't gotten sick in four months I doubt that you will now. I totally understand about the cold hands and feet. Bring a thermometer to work with you if the office is below 68 degrees then you have legal rights and your fear of illness is well founded. Extended periods of exposure to temperatures below 68 have been found to lower the bodies core temperature and can cause hypothermia. If as I suspect, because it happened to me, The room temp is at or above 68 then you need to do exercises while setting to help your blood to circulate. Also you can wear surgical gloves . you will be surprised at how warm it keeps you and it will also keep you from getting germ off your phone receiver, and computer keyboard. Also change after each visit to the restroom and you will also protect yourself from unwanted exposure to all kinds of deceases.

you could:
>bring in a hotwater bottle, and have that on your lap
>Ask if they could put in more radiators! Surely your not the only one feeling the cold!
>Have a freezing shower before work, then your workplace will seem on fire!
>pile on those layers, 2 vests, one t-shirt, one long sleeved t-shirt, a jumper and a jacket, but make sure everything is tight, apart from the jumper and jacket which have to be baggy or you'll look like a chicken!
>Go to the gym, or a yoga class, or a swimming pool before work, and you'll be glad to see the cold!
I hope i helped, i know some of these ideas may sound extreme to you, but i can't think of anything else to sugest to you! :D xXxXxXx

Could they get you a heater to help you out? Maybe, you could put it on the floor or midway up to where you could benefit for your legs and your hands. Just a possibility. It would have to be safe as to not catch anything on fire.
Is there a fan blowing directly on you that could be adjusted to where it would blow in another direction? Sometime that alone could help a lot. It could be blowing from a vent in the wall or the ceiling. Or to turn down the blower, maybe.
I couldn't stand to be cold all the time. It could make you sick.
Or, is it possible to move your desk enough to make a difference.
I hope you find a solution.

Keep a nice and warm sweater at your desk. Buy a plug-in heater and put it under your desk to keep your feet and legs warm.

Unless the organization you work for allows it then bring a space heater (but most businesses don't, for safety reasons) otherwise keep complaining maybe the problem will be fixed, or they'll fire you for whining so much. Or just put up with it.
And ix3sania, please don't invited her to California, there are enought people here!!

just keep your mind relax, you'll get used to it in the long run.. i am like that too before.. but it just disappeared without knowing. try to loosen your clothes. wear thin jackets this week and next week, you can try to remove it so that your body will get used to the coldness. good luck.
