Are there any home ingredients that i can use to get them to go away? My face is clear except my neck underneath my chin has big pimples all over it. PLEASE HELP!

If you are referring to cystic acne, your best bet is to see a dermatologist. Cystic acne is the most severe form of acne and, if not treated, can result in scarring. It is essential that you never pick or squeeze any of the acne since it affects deep tissues and squeezing can push infection further into the surrounding tissues.
For treatment, a dermatologist is essential. Please make an appointment. The dermatologist will be able to get you on an effective treatment. Over-the-counter products are usually not sufficient for this form of acne.
